Reusable Anesthesia Face Mask
Our Reusable Silicone Resuscitator Face Masks are manufactured from 100% medical-grade liquid silicone rubber (LSR). Engineered for superior durability and soft, airtight anatomical sealing, these masks cover the entire patient range—from premature neonates (Size 00) to large adults (Size 5). They are fully autoclavable and compatible with all standard manual resuscitators (BVMs), emergency ventilation circuits, and anesthesia systems.
Product Range & Sizing Specifications
The mask range consists of two distinct structural designs optimized for patient anatomy across age categories:
1. Round Silicone Masks (Sizes 00, 0, 1 & 2) — Bottom Row
- Design: Circular, soft-cushion dome contoured specifically for small facial structures to achieve an airtight seal without pressing against delicate nasal or facial tissues.
- Connectors: 15 mm/22 mm ! ISO standard fittings.
2. Anatomical Shaped Masks with Hook Pins (Sizes 3, 4 & 5) — Top Row
- Design: Ergonomic triangular contour fitting the nasal bridge, cheeks, and jawline for older pediatric and adult patients. Equipped with integrated hook prongs to secure headstrap harnesses during prolonged bag-mask ventilation or anesthesia.
- Connectors: 22 mm ! ISO standard fitting.
